'US installed 4.2GW of storage in Q4 2023' Wood Mackenzie and ACP report finds capacity doubled compared to third quarter

The US energy storage market saw 4236MW installed in the final quarter of 2023, an 100% increase from Q3, according to a new report. For the first time, the grid-scale segment exceeded 3GW deployed in one quarter and nearly topped 4GW, according to Wood Mackenzie and the American Clean Power Association’s (ACP) latest US Energy Storage Monitor report.
