ELIIY Power and Suzuki announce conclusion of additional investment and business alliance agreement

Suzuki will make an additional investment of ¥10 billion in ELIIY Power and become the largest shareholder with 21.59% of shares. In addition, Suzuki will subscribe for ¥15 billion of convertible bond-type bonds with stock acquisition rights issued by ELIIY Power.
